She is a kindred spirit. She's funny, artistic, smart, fabulous not to mention beautiful. She has a cute husband and an even cuter cat named Soma.
She also makes pretzels. Beautiful Pretzels that she brings to parties and everyone "oohhs" and "ahhs" over. They are pretty much my most favorite thing in the world. This has actually taken off and she has been hired out for parties, bridal showers, baby showers ect.....
In fact not only is Erin kind enough to be one of my bridesmaids, but she is making her lovely pretzels for my wedding, as favors for the guests. I got the idea straight from her, she hangs them on a ribbon and boxes them up and they are simply beautiful! These pictures are actually from her own wedding!
