My mother is the pie master (if I haven't mentioned it already, she made forty pies for our wedding). But let me tell you- I have made three blueberry pies in the last four days! I am pretty darn proud of myself- they all came out edible.

Don't worry they weren't all for me!

Blueberry pie sounds so good!! I'm sure the people you made the others for were thrilled!

Here's the recipe for the blueberry cake (it's from a Louisiana church cookbook, so you know it has to be good):

1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups blueberries

Mix all ingredients, except blueberries, with electric mixer until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a powdered sugar glaze and pour over cake.
