On Sunday I headed to "We do yoga, " a free event organized by Lululemon at Maymont Park, which brought together 14 or so yoga studios from around the Richmond/Metro area. "We do Yoga" featured two 90 minute yoga sessions, one at 10am and second class at noon. We went to the 10am session with about 250 other people, and it was fantastic. As we yogaed (is that even a verb) instructors walked around with spray bottles to cool us down. The practice was great, but it was also super fun and a little silly (proof that yogi's don't take themselves too seriously) - all 250 of us held hands and ran around for a few minutes, and also stood in a circle and did the wave! Hopefully there will be more yoga events like this in Richmond in the months to come!

SOOOO much fun! Wish it happened every weekend! I felt so refreshed and happy to jump start the day, then after filling up at brunch, went home and passed out on the couch!

That sounds so fun! I have just started yoga, I love it :)
I go to a 'warm yoga' class (~90 degrees), and it is an amazing workout. Like, really amazing. Keep it up! It's worth it, after awhile.
